Help .... My cricut expression wont turn on and customer service is shut down for a company wide meeting! Just my luck ... anyone have any suggestions? I've moved it from outlet to outlet. The green light is lit up on the power cord but the machine will not po wer on. I've hit the little red reset button and still nothing. Help!!!!!!Confused

Sometimes it is the simplest thing. Did you try unplugging it and plugging it in again at the back of the machine? The other day the plug on my printer was a little loose and it wouldn't print. Then I found out that it wasn't plugged in all the way.

The only thing I know is to do a reset on it.....in the search window type reset cricut...find instructions and try it, else call PC when they are available Friday?
