A pretty Valentine Card.

CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Cricut Design Space Software
  • Cricut 12" x 12" Standard Grip Mat
  • Hearts pattern cardstock
  • Cardstock assorted colors
  • Cricut midnight marker
  • Heart self adhesive rhinestones
  • Peachykeen Face Stamps
  • Black Memento ink
  • Acrilic block
  • Embossing Folder
  • Cutt

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Card: Using light purple cardstock, trim one 8.5" x 5.5" and fold it in half to get one 4.25" x 5.5" card.
Layers: 1. using red cardstock, cut one 5" x 3.75" layer, emboss it if desired. I used Darice hearts embossing folder.; 2. Using hearts pattern cardstock, cut one 3.70" x 2" layer.; 3. Using your favorite adhesive create the card from layers 1 & 2.
Bumble Bee: 1. Using Cricut Create a Critter 1 cartridge, or Cricut access software, cut the bumblebee at 2.43" x 3.39" and beehive at 1.77" x 2.04". I hid the eyes and mouth contour to stamp the face using Peachy Keen stamps.; 2. Create the bumblebee adhering the pieces together.; 3. Text: I used the option add text "Bee Mine" and attached it to the beehive to give it a special touch.; 4. Embellish them as you wish.; 5. Adhere them to the card front.
