STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cricut® Cuts:
Dino Play Cartridge
1. Clouds
a. Dark blue cloud (3 ½” Shift + <Clouds-s>)
b. Light blue cloud (3 ½” Layer + <Clouds>)
c. Light blue trim (3 ½” <Clouds>)
d. Dark blue trim (3 ½” <Clouds>)

2. Title: Dino-Mite!
a. Light blue shadow (3 ½” <Dinomite>)
b. Brown pattern burst (3 ½” Shift + <Dnomte-s>)
c. Yellow shadow (3 ½” Layer + <Dinomite>)
d. Light blue title (3 ½” Layer + Shift + <Dnomte-s>)

3. Rocks
a. Green grass (2 ¼” <Rocks>)
b. Gray rock (2 ¼” Shift + <Rocks-s>)
c. Gray pattern rock (2 ¼” Layer + <Rocks>)
d. Brown pattern rock (2 ¼” Layer + Shift + <Rocks-s>)

4. Dinosaur
a. Yellow dinosaur (3 ½” Flip + <Rex>)
b. Olive green spikes/belly (3 ½” Flip + Shift + <Rex-s>)
c. Yellow dinosaur (3 ½” Flip + Layer + <Rex>)
d. White teeth/eyes (3 ½” Flip + Layer + Shift + <Rex-s>)
Use paper trimmer to cut one 9 ½” x 10 ½” piece of orange cardstock. Use corner rounder on top two corners. Adhere to one 12” x 12” piece of blue chevron pattern paper to create base.
Use paper trimmer to cut one ¾” x 12” piece of brown cardstock, two 4 ½” x 6” pieces of green polka dot pattern paper and one 1” x 4 ½” piece of yellow cardstock. Use scissors to create jagged edge. Adhere to layout.
Create clouds from cuts 1a-1d. Use Cuttlebug® D’vine Swirls Folder to emboss pieces. Layer together. Adhere to layout.
Create title from cuts 2a-2d. Layer together. Adhere to layout.
Create rocks from cuts 3a-3d. Ink edges. Use foam squares to layer together. Adhere to layout.
Create dinosaur from cuts 4a-4d. Use Cuttlebug® Mesh Folder to emboss cuts 4a and 4c. Use foam squares to layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.
Embellish as desired.

Step 2

Use paper trimmer to cut one 9 ½” x 10 ½” piece of orange cardstock. Use corner rounder on top two corners. Adhere to one 12” x 12” piece of blue chevron pattern paper to create base.

Step 3

Use paper trimmer to cut one ¾” x 12” piece of brown cardstock, two 4 ½” x 6” pieces of green polka dot pattern paper and one 1” x 4 ½” piece of yellow cardstock. Use scissors to create jagged edge. Adhere to layout.

Step 4

Create clouds from cuts 1a-1d. Use Cuttlebug® D’vine Swirls Folder to emboss pieces. Layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 5

Create title from cuts 2a-2d. Layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 6

Create rocks from cuts 3a-3d. Ink edges. Use foam squares to layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 7

Create dinosaur from cuts 4a-4d. Use Cuttlebug® Mesh Folder to emboss cuts 4a and 4c. Use foam squares to layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.

Step 8

Embellish as desired.
