Project Cut Files

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Import file: Carrot.CCR into your Craft Room. Cut all layers contained in the file (when you cut, you will get a pop up message about images exceeding the mat size, you can ignore it because there are parts of the image that have been edited out).
Fold the Bottom layer using the small scoring lines as a guide, and glue tabs.
Fold the Lid layer using the small scoring lines as a guide, but don't glue it yet, you'll need to cut the acetate paper to fit along the inside of the lid. Once the acetate is glued down, fold and glue the tabs.
Trim all sides of the Insert layer 1/2" (this will allow the insert to sit lower in the box). Fold the Insert layer using the small scoring lines as a guide, and place inside the Bottom layer.
Glue Grass layer along the outside of the bottom. Trim edges if needed.
Notch one of the Stem cuts from the top, and notch the other Stem from the bottom. Slide pieces together and affix to the Lid of the carrot with a glue dot.
Add crème eggs.
Optional: Before placing the insert in the box, add some filler grass.
