This project is easy to create and can easily be altered to fit your artistic vision. Makes a great night light for kids!

CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • black self adhesive vinyl
  • black organza ribbon
  • 4 x 8 inches KraftyBlok
  • 20-count indoor white light strand

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Choose desired name/word and then select font from cartridge.
Type in word/name into machine, or use Cricut Craft Room.
Make sure settings on machine are correct for vinyl cutting.
Cut.
Apply vinyl to glass block individually or use transfer paper to keep letters aligned.
Carefully scrap/rub vinyl through the transfer tape to secure it.
Slowly remove vinyl starting from any corner. If lettering rises, place transfer paper back down and re-scrape/rub.
After lettering is on block, feed lights into block.
Tie ribbon around block. Make a bow if desired.
