Who said you can't design with the Explore. I am finding it easier than ever with this machine. I made an Easter Card to send to my DD.

  • Echo Park
  • White Cardtock
  • Cricut Explore Gold Pen and Scorer
  • Martha Stewart Hydgrangea Punch
  • Studio Calico Enamel Dot

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Take a 1/2 inch of lace and fold it in thirds and tuck it behind the bow.
Here is the Explore Cut File: https://www.cricut.com/design#/canvas/project/16306426
It will cut the card base and score it for you
It will provide the border and write the greeting and the chic.
Square Background and frame = 3.5 inches
Chic = 3" height
Border = 4.25 inches wide (Same for lace)
I printed out the paper from the digital sets on white cardstock and cut the files from them.
Glue the frame to the square background, then glue that to the base frame.
Pop up the border on the bottom and the chick to the background, tucking his feet just under the border.
Cut two of the hydrangea punches using the same left over pink. Glue an enamel or bling dot in the center of the flower. Glue the flower to the center of the bow on the chic.
